The Key to LifeTM Package is not a diagnostic medical service and should not be used as a substitute for seeking medical advice from a qualified medical practitioner.

How your information will be used

We (The You Company) collect details about you and information about your health when you register for Key To Life and afterwards whenever you use it. Your information is sensitive so we’ll make sure we keep it very secure.

If you have been introduced to Key To LifeTM by a wellness provider, we may share anonymous statistical data with your provider that does not identify you personally. We may also supply details of your use of the system to your provider.

We will use your email address to answer queries you have about using Key To LifeTM and to provide other forms of support, for example to let you know if we are taking Key To LifeTM down for maintenance.

We may also use your anonymous information for our own research purposes, to analyse trends and improve Key To LifeTM.

We will not use your information for any another purpose unless you have given us your consent in advance.

Your use of Key to LifeTM

You must agree to the following terms of use of Key to LifeTM:

  • I will make sure the information I give Key to LifeTM is accurate.
  • I will follow the instructions for using Key to LifeTM.
  • I recognise Key to LifeTM is not a substitute for seeing a doctor and that red or green indications are not to be considered as medical diagnosis.
  • I will report any suspected misuse of Key to LifeTM as soon as possible by emailing support@theyoucompany.com or ringing +44 (0)1661 845990.
  • I will report to you as soon as possible any loss of my USB stick (if any) or suspected frauds or other security issues by emailing support@theyoucompany.com or ringing +44 (0)1661 845990.
  • I accept that the assessment case (containing the kit to measure blood pressure etc) belongs to The You Company at all times.
