what is Key to Life?

Key to LifeTM

Staying well is the ethos of The You Company and our Key to LifeTM system empowers you and your family to do just that. It is designed to help you live longer and healthier by helping you reduce the risks involved in developing a number of long term health conditions.

The Key to LifeTM system is a new fun and easy concept in monitoring your own health. Working with validated medical devices from leading manufacturers such as Kinetik Medical and Omron Healthcare, it consists of five simple self administered tests:

Blood pressure Body composition Pedometer Waist measurement Urine dipsticks

Blood pressure

Body composition

Pedometer

Urine dipsticks

Waist measurement

Each test has been specifically chosen by our team of experts to address the main causes of ill health, including heart and circulatory diseases, obesity related disorders, diabetes and a number of other conditions.

Our secure Key to LifeTM system works in conjunction with verified medical logic and is able to capture and then interpret your health and wellbeing. Your personalised and secure Key to LifeTM account allows you to follow trends in your health, informing you if any areas require preventative action, by presenting you with a simple to understand traffic light system. The Key to LifeTM also develops your knowledge of your own wellbeing through a library of informative features.

The main purpose of our Key to Life wellness management is to give you the tools needed to help keep yourself well, rather than specifically looking to diagnose a disease. If the system finds any of your readings are outside of normal limits, it will signpost you to your GP.

Convenience and simplicity are at the heart of our Key to LifeTM system. Once you have registered, the simple tests and instant medical interpretation are available whenever suits you best, putting managing your own health and wellness are at your fingertips.
