What diseases are we checking for?

The reason we have introduced this system is that it is a wellness system, designed to help keep you well rather than specifically looking to diagnose a disease. In fact it doesn’t diagnose at all, instead, if it finds any of your readings are outside of normal limits it will signpost you to your GP.

How does the Key to LifeTM system keep me well?

The Key to LifeTM system also picks up any early signs that your health is changing and advises you on how to get your health back on track, just by following simple lifestyle advice. The aim is that we are preventing you from becoming ill in the first place.

By using the Key to LifeTM system does that mean I definitely won’t fall ill?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee you won’t become ill, but we can guarantee that if you follow the lifestyle advice given, then you will reduce your chances of becoming ill quite substantially.

How often do I have to do the tests?

You can do the tests as often as you wish, but we recommend at least once a month for your blood pressure, body composition, activity assessment and body measurement and once every three months for your urine analysis. If you are monitoring a particular aspect of your health, for example your blood pressure, you can carry out the tests more often, even several times a day should you wish. With all of the tests, The Key to LifeTM system will graph your results making it easy to track your progress.

How do I get my results?

The on screen instructions explain how to carry out each of the tests. Once you have completed a test, you enter the figures onto the appropriate results screen and press enter. The information is processed and interested by our system and you get your result presented as a traffic light:

  • GREEN: your results are within normal limits.
  • AMBER: your results are borderline and you should follow lifestyle advice to get your readings back to normal.
  • RED: you are advised to visit your doctor to repeat the test.
